The preparation and operating procedures before using the Taber Abrasion Tester are as follows.

1. Secure the specimen on the test turntable, attach the required test weights and ensure that the test wheel does not come into contact with the specimen's secure fixture during the test.

2. After setting the number of tests according to the test requirements, the whole machine is in standby mode.

Operation example: Zhang

1. Connect to the appropriate power supply 220V or 110V according to the label

2. Manually rotate the test disc to ensure that the grinding wheel does not come into contact with the fixture during the test.

3. Turn on the power and test the machine first, if there is no difference then turn off the power.

4. Press the reset button to clear the counter. Set the number of tests required according to the requirements, the counter can be set up to 999999 times.

5. Press the start button, the machine will enter the test state.

6. Turn on the power switch of the hoover and make it start working.

7. After the test has reached the number of times set by the counter, the machine will be stopped in standby mode.

8. Turn off the power, remove the test piece and clear the machine.
