Selection criteria for pressure controllers

A pressure controller is a specialized instrument used in industrial process measurement and control systems to control pressure, commonly referred to as a pressure switch in engineering. The pressure switch adopts high-precision and high stability pressure sensors and transmission circuits, and then uses specialized CPU modular signal processing technology to achieve detection, display, alarm, and control signal output of medium pressure signals. Pressure switches can be widely used for measuring and controlling the gauge pressure and absolute pressure of various gases and liquids in fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and water supply. They are ideal intelligent measurement and control instruments for industrial sites. Pressure switches are widely used in the aerospace and military industries, such as the manufacturing of M1A1 tanks, Apollo spacecraft, Boeing 747, Airbus A320, F22, F117, and other products.

Selection criteria for pressure controllers:

1. The selection of pressure switches is mainly based on the property indicators of the tested medium, with the reference of saving funds, facilitating installation and maintenance.

2. If the tested medium is corrosive, it is necessary to consider using materials such as stainless steel.

3. When selecting, the temperature of the tested medium should be considered. If the temperature is high, it is generally between 200 ℃ and 400 ℃. A buffering method should be adopted, such as connecting a disc-shaped copper capillary tube.

4. When selecting equipment, the working pressure of the equipment should be considered, and the pressure level must be consistent with the application situation.

5. In terms of selecting the measurement range, it generally has a certain adjustable range. The range used is set at 1/4 to 3/4 of its range to ensure accuracy.
