Selection and purchase of resistance level meter

The resistance rotary level meter is also known as the resistance rotary level meter or resistance rotary level switch according to its purpose. The GGB400 series resistance rotary level switch uses an AC micro motor to drive the detection blade to rotate slowly after deceleration. When the material level of the tested material rises and blocks the rotation of the blades, the main shaft of the detection mechanism produces rotational displacement. This displacement first causes a microswitch to activate, sending a signal of material. Then another microswitch acts, cutting off the power supply to the micro motor and causing it to stop rotating. As long as the material level in the warehouse remains unchanged, this state will continue.

Due to the different requirements for accurate measurement of material level in different situations and media, in order to use the anti rotation level meter correctly, we should pay attention to the following points when purchasing.

1. To meet the needs of certain materials with seepage or high adhesion (such as asphalt, concrete, etc.), top mounted vertical installation can be selected (with a measurement depth of more than 10 meters). Users can choose to extend the soft and hard shaft according to the different measurement depths. When measuring a depth greater than 1 meter, an extended flexible shaft should be selected. When measuring a depth of ≤ 1 meter, a hard extended axis can be selected.

Note: Due to the lack of contact between the material and the output shaft root of the level sensor during overhead installation, malfunctions are rare during operation. When the installation position allows, it should be installed vertically from the top as much as possible.

2. When installing on the side, it is also possible to customize an extended type (with stainless steel sheath and extended shaft). When ordering, the actual insertion depth should be indicated, and we will design and manufacture according to the actual needs of the user.

3. The blade specifications are usually matched according to the specific gravity of sand and gravel materials when leaving the factory. When the specific gravity of the tested medium is light, larger blades should be selected. When detecting very light media such as wood fibers, special leaves must be selected.

4. When the temperature of the tested medium is between 80~+250 ℃, please choose GGB400-W type.

When the temperature of the tested medium is -10~+80 ℃, GGB400-B type (advanced engineering plastic shell) can be selected. The full name is microcomputer relay protection tester.
