Key points for selecting temperature sensors

A temperature sensor refers to a sensor that can sense temperature and convert it into a usable output signal. Temperature sensors are the core part of temperature measuring instruments, with a wide variety of types. Temperature sensors can be roughly divided into two categories from the perspective of use: contact type and non-contact type. The former allows the temperature sensor to directly contact the object being tested to sense changes in temperature, while the latter allows the temperature sensor to leave a certain distance from the object being tested to detect infrared radiation emitted from the object, thereby achieving the purpose of temperature measurement.

A temperature sensor is a device that measures temperature and can convert temperature signals into electrical signals. Temperature sensors are one of the indispensable components in modern industrial production, widely used in industrial automation, environmental monitoring, hygiene and other fields.

Precautions for purchasing temperature sensors:

1. Is there any damage to the temperature measuring element caused by the environmental conditions of the tested object.

2. Does the temperature of the tested object need to be recorded, alarmed, and automatically controlled, and does it require remote measurement and transmission.

3. Can the hysteresis of the temperature measuring element adapt to the temperature measurement requirements in situations where the temperature of the measured object changes over time.

4. The size and accuracy requirements of the temperature measurement range.

5. Is the size of the temperature measuring element appropriate.

6. Is the price appropriate and is it convenient to use.
