Replacement steps for filter element of laboratory ultrapure water machine

1. The first step is to turn off the inlet valve and power supply of the ultra pure water machine in the biological laboratory.

2. Open the water outlet and try to eliminate any residual water inside.

3. When the water no longer flows out, manually open the filter housing and make sure not to damage it.

4. Take out the expired filter element and place the new filter element in its original position.

5. The fifth step is very important, apply lubricating oil to the O-ring and place it in the filter housing groove.

6. Gently rotate the filter housing to prevent the O-ring from moving.

7. Finally, check if the ultrapure water machine is leaking water.
