TABER abrasion tester is the most widely used instrument for product durability testing around the world. Industry application:

According to the standard test principle of ASTM D 3884-2009, the abrasion resistance of common shoe upper materials such as soft leather, artificial leather, synthetic leather, microfiber leather and textiles was tested and analyzed by Taber abrasion tester. According to the type and load of grinding wheel, the optimization test of test conditions is carried out. The results show that: soft leather should be tested with CS17 grinding wheel and 1000g load, artificial leather, synthetic leather and textile should be tested with H18 grinding wheel and 500g load, and microfiber leather should be tested with H18 grinding wheel and 1000g load. .
