Tabor-5750 abrasive instrument principle:

Mainly through rotary grinding, using different kinds of abrasive wheels on the sample rotation to test the wear resistance of leather and plastic materials. Select the standard applicable weight set to detect the material properties. Detects weight loss on the outer surface of the sample, such as obvious mechanical damage.

2、The abrasion resistance tester uses a specific type of grinding wheel to abrade the test piece under a certain load, and evaluates the abrasion resistance of the test piece by the weight lost after a fixed number of turns of abrasion.

3、The test piece is made into a disc, and the test piece is rotated at a steady speed on the test piece chuck, and the test piece drives the grinding wheel to rotate to wear the test piece to judge the weight difference before and after the wear, or the surface damage to assess its wear resistance characteristics.
