Operating procedures and maintenance procedures for shoe folding testers

The shoe folding test machine is suitable for testing the normal temperature folding resistance of finished shoes and soles. Install the finished shoes or soles on the folding test machine, conduct a flexural test at a certain angle and a certain frequency, measure the cracks (mouths) and opening lengths of the soles and perimeter strips after a certain number of flexures, and observe the changes of the upper.

Operating procedures:

1. Turn on the main power switch and make sure the voltage is normal.

2. Take the sole with the inner sole and remove the upper as the sample, and the number of test samples is 3. Draw a line along the widest part of the sole and find the center point of this line. Then use the kerf to make a single kerf parallel to this line and as close as possible to this center point. The kerf should go through the full thickness of the outsole and into the insole or equivalent. If there are several materials constituting the sole, additional cuts should be made, but the cuts must be avoided within 15mm of the edge of the sole. Measure the initial cut length with a test magnifier and calipers.

3. Turn on the power switch of the testing machine, and adjust the bending position of the test fixture in the middle, that is, close to the 90° position. Loosen the hexagon socket head screws of the fixture, clamp the prepared patterns into the fixture in turn, and tighten the hexagon socket head screws of the fixture. And cover the safety cover.

4. According to the relevant requirements of the customer, the number of bending times and the bending speed of the equipment, press the start button to start the test.

5. After the number of tests is reached, the equipment will automatically stop. Use a test magnifier and calipers to measure the final length of the cut on the surface of the specimen. Calculate + the difference between the final cut length and the initial cut length.

6. Record the test results.

Maintenance Procedures:

1. After each use of the instrument, first turn off the power, remove the test sample from the device, and then wipe off the dust and stains on the instrument with a clean dry cotton cloth to completely restore the normal state before use.

2. The ambient temperature in which the instrument is placed should not be too high, and the relative humidity should not be too large.

3. When the instrument is infrequently used, the outside should be cleaned once in a while, and the power should be energized irregularly, so as not to cause the circuit to be damp and cause poor conditions.

4. All parts of the bearing should be lubricated regularly to prolong the service life of the equipment.
